Job Responsibilities
Manage logistics scheduling and coordination for the China-Europe Railway Express (China-Kazakhstan section); handle cross-border rail freight documentation and customs clearance procedures; monitor shipment status and coordinate resolution of transport anomalies; maintain partnerships with Kazakhstan Railways and customs authorities; optimize logistics routes and cost solutions.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, International Trade, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in cross-border logistics or international freight forwarding. 3. Familiar with the operational processes of China-Europe Railway Express and rail freight standards. 4. Good Russian language communication skills. 5. Knowledge of customs clearance procedures at the China-Kazakhstan border ports. 6. Willing to travel periodically as needed and work on-site at border ports.
