Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch financial accounting and reporting; conduct market analysis and risk assessment for the Kazakhstan financial sector; manage cross-border RMB and tenge settlement operations; assist in annual budgeting and financial forecasting; liaise with local auditors and regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field; 2. 3+ years of financial experience in financial institutions or multinational corporations; 3. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification preferred; 4. Fluent in Chinese and Russian; proficient in English; 5. Familiarity with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards); 6. Proficient in SAP or Yonyou financial systems.
