Job Responsibilities
Oversee Sichuan cuisine preparation and quality control in the Chinese restaurant; adapt recipes based on local ingredient availability; train and guide the local kitchen team; maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards; participate in new dish development and seasonal menu updates.
Job Requirements
1. 5+ years of Sichuan cuisine cooking experience; 2. Proficient in preparing classic Sichuan dishes (Twice-Cooked Pork, Boiled Fish, Mapo Tofu, etc.); 3. Experience managing kitchen teams; 4. Knowledgeable in food safety and hygiene regulations; 5. Willing to work overseas; 6. Overseas Chinese kitchen experience preferred.
