Job Responsibilities
Led end-to-end management of the Kazakhstan PV power plant project (development, construction, and grid connection); coordinated EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and local construction teams; managed project schedule, quality, cost, and safety; liaised with the Ministry of Energy and national grid company of Kazakhstan; prepared feasibility studies and investment analyses.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, or a related field; 2. 5+ years of project management experience in photovoltaic or new energy projects; 3. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred; 4. Familiarity with PV power station design, construction, and grid-connection technical standards; 5. Good working proficiency in Russian; 6. Prior project experience in Central Asia or the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) is preferred.
